Opening Night Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

ProyTech Business Solutions LLC, 150 N Main St, Wichita, KS 67202 ("Sponsor"). Tickets are provided by the Wichita Thunder. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Winners must be able to attend the game in Wichita, Kansas on October 17, 2026. Employees of Sponsor and of the Wichita Thunder, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

Entrants choose one of two entry types:

Each person may submit only one entry form, of one type. Anyone who owns, operates, manages, or is self-employed in a business must submit a Business Owner entry. Sponsor may verify eligibility and may disqualify entries of the wrong type.

Existing clients. Anyone who is a current or former client of Sponsor as of September 28, 2026 (including anyone who has purchased or signed an agreement for Sponsor's services before that date) is not eligible for the Grand Prize. They may still enter and are eligible for the Ticket Prizes.

3. Entry period

The giveaway starts when it is posted on September 28, 2026 and ends October 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

Complete the entry form at getproytech.com/win during the Entry Period and select the entry type that applies to you. Limit one (1) entry form per person. Additional entry forms from the same person, email, or phone number will not add entries or change entry type.

Bonus entries. Each entrant receives a personal share link. For each new eligible person who submits a valid entry through that link during the Entry Period, the entrant who shared it receives five (5) bonus entries if the new person enters the Fan Drawing, or ten (10) bonus entries if the new person enters the Business Owner Drawing, up to a maximum of fifty (50) bonus entries per entrant. Bonus entries count in every drawing the sharing entrant is eligible for. Self-referrals, duplicate people, and fake or ineligible entries do not count. Answers to the business questions on the entry form, including the teardown question and the short business description, do not affect your odds. Winners are selected at random, not by judging.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize (one awarded, Business Owner entries only): ProyTech Website Essentials (a website with home, about, services, and contact pages, built by Sponsor) and ProyTech Business Suite Essentials (Sponsor's customer relationship management system with included AI tools, set up by Sponsor), plus twelve (12) months of website hosting and care and Business Suite service at no charge. Approximate retail value: $5,000, consisting of $3,000 for the website and Business Suite setup and $2,000 for twelve months of service at Sponsor's standard monthly rate. The winner must provide the content, logo, and information Sponsor needs, and begin onboarding within thirty (30) days of being notified; the build is scheduled at Sponsor's discretion after October 19, 2026. After the included twelve months, the winner may continue service at $49 per month or cancel, with no obligation to continue. Services are for the winner's own business, and the prize has no cash value and is not transferable. Items not listed, such as additional pages, custom features, paid third-party software, domain registration, and advertising costs, are not included. If the Grand Prize winner signed up for Sponsor's services between September 28, 2026 and the drawing, Sponsor will award the Grand Prize by refunding the setup fee they paid (up to $3,000) and providing their first twelve (12) months of service at no charge (up to $2,000 in value), in place of a separate build. The prize will never exceed the approximate retail value stated above. Because the Grand Prize value exceeds $600, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded and will receive an IRS Form 1099; the winner is responsible for any taxes.

Ticket Prizes (two awarded): one for the Business Owner Ticket Drawing and one for the Fan Ticket Drawing. Each Ticket Prize is four (4) center ice seats (general seating, not a suite) to the Wichita Thunder home opener at INTRUST Bank Arena on Saturday, October 17, 2026. Approximate retail value per prize: $160. Tickets only; travel, parking, food, and all other costs are the winner's responsibility. No cash or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the tickets become unavailable. If the game is postponed or canceled, the tickets are subject to the Wichita Thunder's policies. Winners may give their tickets to guests of their choosing. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

6. Drawing and odds

On or about October 12, 2026, Sponsor will select three (3) winners in random drawings using an online random name picker (a digital "wheel"). Before each spin, every eligible entrant's name is loaded onto the wheel once for each entry they have earned (one base entry plus any bonus entries), so each entry counts as one equal chance. The drawings are held in this order: first the Grand Prize Drawing from eligible Business Owner entries, then the Business Owner Ticket Drawing from the remaining eligible Business Owner entries (with the Grand Prize winner's name removed), then the Fan Ticket Drawing from eligible Fan entries. The drawings will be streamed live or recorded on Sponsor's social media. If a selected winner is found ineligible or does not respond, Sponsor will spin again from the same drawing's list to select an alternate. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A person may win only one prize.

7. Winner notification

Winners will be contacted by phone and email using the information on their entry form. A winner must respond within 48 hours of the first notification attempt. If a winner doesn't respond, is found ineligible, or can't accept the prize, that prize will go to an alternate chosen at random from the same drawing. Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email the winner provides.

8. Your information

Sponsor collects the information on the entry form to run this giveaway and to contact entrants about ProyTech's services. We don't sell your information. You can opt out of emails at any time using the link in any email, and out of texts by replying STOP. Texts are only sent if you checked the optional contact box. If you checked that box, you also agree that the Wichita Thunder may contact you about tickets, suites, and group nights. To have your information removed, email admin@getproytech.com.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, a winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, city, business name, and a photo from the game in social media posts about this giveaway, without further compensation.

10. General

Sponsor may disqualify any entry it believes is fraudulent, automated, or in violation of these rules. Sponsor isn't responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. If the giveaway can't run as planned, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end it and draw from eligible entries received up to that point. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, the Wichita Thunder, and Meta from liability related to the giveaway or any prize, except where prohibited by law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
